Not sure of your support entitlement?
Active Netmon Professional and Enterprise subscribers receive a number of premium support options which are not available to non-subscribers, including toll-free telephone support and priority escalation to senior technicians, analysts or developers.
Netmon Software Edition customers are not automatically entitled to the Premium Support Options. Technical support is available via the User Support Forum or Online Documentation. For those Software Edition clients who would like to speak with the Technical Support Team regarding an isolated problem, single support incidents as well as support incident packs are available for purchase.
