Netmon maintenance and support services are available to assist our customers in achieving successful deployments and on-going support of our product.

Netmon offers separate levels of maintenance and support to our customers:
Free On-line Support
User Support Forum: Share with and learn from our technical support team as well as Netmon users around the world.
Online Documentation: Contains all documentation and on-line user guide for all Netmon products.
Paid Support, Subscription and Maintenance
Paid support can be purchased on an annual or per incident basis and includes:
Access to our technical specialists during the hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays
New releases of Netmon software including all major, minor and service releases

Not sure of your support entitlement?
Active Netmon Professional and Enterprise subscribers receive a number of premium support options which are not available to non-subscribers, including toll-free telephone support and priority escalation to senior technicians, analysts or developers.
Netmon Software Edition customers are not automatically entitled to the Premium Support Options. Technical support is available via the User Support Forum or Online Documentation. For those Software Edition clients who would like to speak with the Technical Support Team regarding an isolated problem, single support incidents as well as support incident packs are available for purchase.
