Purchase Orders
In order to purchase software with a purchase order (PO), the following requirements must be met:
Must be a corporate Purchase Order
Must have a "bill to" address
Must list contact person in accounts payable, including phone number and e-mail
Must have a "ship to" address - no post office box numbers
Must have a valid PO number and signature of approval
Must contain an e-mail address for the technical end user
Purchase Orders will be net 30 day terms, meaning that they must be paid within 30 days or late fees may apply.
Credit approval must be granted by our credit department and may take several days to grant a credit line
We reserve the right not to extend payment terms and require payment in full before software and/or software licenses are released.

Sales FAQ
How secure is the online purchasing process?
All transactions handled by Netmon Inc. are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, a technology supported by all current Web browsers. All data exchanged between you and Netmon is therefore encrypted.
Depending on the type of browser you are using, SSL is indicated by a key or lock displayed in the lower left corner. FireFox displays the URL in yellow.
A protected page is also identified by the URL starting with "https" instead of "http."
Where can I find my license key?
If you have purchased online, your license key will be sent in a separate email after your purchase and credit card transaction has been approved. The separate email will contain your license key.
If you haven´t received your license key within 24 hours, please contact Netmon at 1-800-944-4511 and we will have it resent.
The serial number or license key supplied is not working.
Contact our support team and they will assist you in getting this matter resolved.
The download fails - I cannot download the purchased software.

Do you deliver overseas?
Only domestic orders (United States and Canada) may be placed using our online store. If you wish your order to be shipped outside the United States or Canada, please contact us for more information.
