Netmon professional services can help you get the most from your Netmon product - reducing administration obstacles and improving your ROI. For convenience we have put together a set of packaged services offerings for Netmon customers.

Installation Service Plus - Guided Configuration Services

Ensure that your Netmon product is installed and running as efficiently as possible with our help. This service includes network topology review, product orientation, and application fine-tuning for a limited number of devices. Comprehensive product training is not included.

Complete Deployment Services

Get the most out of your network monitoring and management system by allowing a Netmon product expert to assist with application deployment. A Netmon consultant will review your business goals, network infrastructure, and delivery requirements to create a comprehensive deployment plan and assist in its implementation.

Upgrade and Migration Services

Take advantage of the latest Netmon features. Our consultants will work with you to plan and execute upgrades to new software versions or hardware platforms. We can also assist with migration from older versions or different hardware platforms.

Training

Netmon consultants are available for specialized training in new features and functionality. We also provide on-line e-training in group formats to provide a cost effective method for ensuring that you are taking full advantage of your purchase.
